Professional Remedial Services was established in 1981 and undertakes remedial work to existing buildings throughout the region in the following specialised services.

• Installation of structural waterproofing and tanking systems to basements and cellars
• Installation of damp proof courses osmotic, physical and chemical systems
• Treatment and replacement of structural timbers with wood decaying fungi and wood boring insects
• Resin repairs to structural timbers
• Installation and replacement of wall ties, lateral restraints and crack stitching
• Installation of masonry reinforcement systems, lintel arch repairs and Helical Piling. 

We also have the capacity to undertake the associated building, joinery and plastering work.

Our Surveyors undertake full and comprehensive surveys of buildings together with the submission of detailed reports and specifications to undertake the necessary remedial work.

As well as being founder members of the Basement Living Group (BLG) PRS are members of the Property Care Association (PCA) formerly the BWPDA (British Wood Preserving and Damp Proofing Association), GPT (Guarantee Protection Trust), PRS offer a competitive, high quality service.

PRS employ full time qualified remedial Surveyors and trained Technicians.
